A combination of fed ball drills, live ball drills, competitive drills, match play, and physical & mental conditioning permits each junior to develop the necessary technical, tactical, physical and mental skills to reach their potential.
Please note that this is an “invitation only” programs and require approval by the program’s tennis director.

This class involves one hour of match play, one hour of drills and one hour of off court training. Off court training entails mental training (for more information, see our “Mental Training” page) as well as training with a physical trainer (see “1 to 1 Fitness”). Players and parents must make a 3 day commitment to this program in order to participate (6 hours on court, 3 hours off court).
Those who participate in this class are given the opportunity to work with some of the best coaches the Mid Atlantic has to offer. This is an all encompassing program with a goal of producing top ranked, well rounded players. Physical fitness, consistency and mental toughness are crucial to the Super National program.
All of our Super National players participate in tournaments year round, and are ranked not only in the Mid Atlantic but nationally as well. Most of our students go onto play for top collegiate programs, many with full or partial tennis scholarships.

The 4 Star Summer Camp Tennis Program is a carefully designed and implemented approach to the game of tennis. Our overall goal in the day camp is to teach tennis for a lifetime of enjoyment and exercise. We use sophisticated teaching techniques to analyze and develop strokes. Proper practice and drilling techniques are demonstrated while basic and advanced strategy is taught by on-court demonstration. Our small student/instructor ratio guarantees individual attention and evaluation.
Dead ball (instructor feeding), live ball (students hitting with each other), on court demonstrations, match play (singles and doubles), games and fitness.
